Thrift Avenue Shop Update:
Our Kirkintilloch shop will be closed on Mondays throughout January and February due to temporary staff shortages.

As we come to the end of the year, we wanted say thank you to everyone who has supported All Minds.
It's because of your support that young people and adults in our community have been able to access mental health support.
Therapy changes lives, and our free service exists only because of kindness, generosity, and belief in what we do. We will never take that for granted.
As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with a lot of gratitude, and also hope for what other big changes we can make with such a supportive community.
From all of us at All Minds, and on behalf of our wonderful trustees, we wish you a year ahead filled with love, hope, and connection. 💙🧠

Even though our office will be closed, you can still see us through the holidays in our shops, which will be open as usual Monday to Saturday except for the following days:
Kirkintilloch: 25th, 26th, 27th and 29th December, and 1st and 2nd January
Kirkcaldy: 25th, 26th and 27th December, and 1st and 2nd January

Our counsellors enjoyed a fantastic training day yesterday, learning about supporting young people in staying safe online and on social media. The rest of the team then joined for a festive meal! We want to say a huge thank you to our wonderful team who make All Minds such an amazing family! ❤️ 🎄

What an incredible show of strength, skill, and generosity from Twisted Pole Fitness .! Their fundraiser brought in an amazing £444, all of which will be used to support our service and the mental health work we deliver every day.

It is with very heavy hearts that we share the sad news that our beautiful wee Alfie passed away a few days ago. Alfie wasn’t just a dog; he was a part of our family. He was Mary’s constant companion, and a huge source of comfort, strength, and unconditional love.
For so many in Kirkintilloch, Alfie became a wee local celebrity. Whether he was perched proudly in the trolley beside Mary at the till or soaking up attention from visitors popping in specially to see him, he brought smiles, laughter and a sense of calm wherever he went.
We wanted to share this with you gently, as we know some of you may be coming in looking for him. Most of all, we want to send our love to our wonderful Mary.
Sleep peacefully, Alfie. Thank you for every wag, every cuddle, and every bit of joy you gave to our community. You were the very best boy!!
