Big Big shout out to Men's Shed Kirkintilloch. They are a local charity doing incredible work for men’s mental health 💙
Their workshop gives men a space to connect, build, and support one another. They also run amazing community projects, like their recent 4-week DIY course for women. Sara was lucky enough to attend and she learned practical skills (and had a great laugh doing it!).
Thank you to everyone involved for all you do to make Kirkintilloch a stronger, more connected community.

We’ll have a fantastic range of pre-loved toys looking for new homes, plus free festive activities and crafty fun for the kids to enjoy while you browse.
All happening 12–4pm, alongside the Kirkintilloch Christmas Light Switch-On right outside.

Today, Karolyn is at St Ninian's High School in Kirkintilloch for their careers day. It's great to be able to talk to young people about what we do... raising awareness of the support services we offer, and inspiring the next generation of counsellors. Double win! 🩷
