While most people are familiar with the now-famous Romanian deadlift, I'd say it's high time you get on a first-name basis with the little known - yet mucho powerful - Ukrainian deadlift.

A favorite of Ukrainian powerlifting champs like Sergiy Naleykin and Konstantin Milyukin, this deadlift variation is meant to be done light weight (roughly 20% of your 1 rep max) and for high reps (20-30 reps).

The extended range of motion will make pulling any weight off the ground a piece of cake, and the extra low-back and glute strength and resilience you'll get from that same extended range of motion will make you feel like your hind end could stop a train (though it probably can't).

We invent our bodies when we eat, and
when we look in the mirror, that's what we see - All the things we've eaten.

Do you believe the myth that you have a potential "Protein intake ceiling"? That eating more than 30g is wasted?
Here's the facts:
Eating more Protein increases your body's protein turnover.
Your body breaks down Dietary Protein into Amino Acids and uses these to make it's own proteins. When you eat more Protein your body can afford to replace more of it's damaged or oxidised proteins and this means that your protein synthesis and breakdown are both increased. 💪

Why push myself and make myself uncomfortable right NOW when I have more time than I need - the rest of my life - to accomplish this goal?
Isn't it wiser to wait for the perfect timing when I am better prepared and the environment is more supportive?
Justifiably no action is taken right NOW, no action is taken at the next NOW moment, no action is taken at any NOW moment. Since life is composed of a string of NOW moments. I rest eternally in my comfort zone and that "one day" when my dream becomes a reality remains forever a dream.

Exercising minimally and eating maximally, extracts nutrients from the mucellanrous foodstuffs and somehow holds us together at a generally high level for decades.
