You can apply this example to the body, which is why it’s important to keep it in good balance. Utilising a wide range of gentle techniques including stretching, massage and joint mobilisation, the osteopath will work with your body to create the perfect conditions to encourage the healing process. We assess and treat people of any age from the elderly to the newborn and from pregnant women to sports people. At “The Osteopaths” we recognize the evidence that recommends the importance of manipulation, acupuncture and rehabilitative exercise as part of a programme of recovery in musculo-skeletal injuries.
