Just back from two incredible weeks in the USA! This is the second time in 20yrs that scott and I have managed a couples trip, and it was perfect!

One of the things I love about going on holiday is buying new clothes! If you know me, my toxic trait is over buying dresses! This is mainly because I never wear the same thing twice. I’m a serial overpacker, something scott and I always fight about, I can’t help myself!! Almost cost him money for my luggage being overweight. I’m the girl that takes a suitcase of shoes to match every outfit🤣

Scott never understands my desire to be dressed up all the time, or why I always have to wear heels. Being overweight for so many years really affected my confidence, and severely limited my wardrobe choices. Clothing is now part of my identity, I wear what I want, when I want, to make me feel good. I don’t except everyone to understand that, but if you’ve been on a journey of transformation and self love, I think you’ll understand what I mean. The only person I dress to impress, is myself.

I’ve always loved horse riding, I used to do it as a child, but over the years of steadily gaining weight, I would never have thought about getting back on a horse. One of the highlights of my holiday was habing the confidence to get back in the saddle, and it was everything I hoped it would be.

Losing weight and changing your lifestyle blesses your life in so many seen & unseen ways. I love that I’m 43 and still trying new things. Pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, and living your best life has no age limit.

We have 5 weeks till Christmas, if you've been thinking about making some dietary changes, now is a great time to achieve your goal. In 5 weeks with my one to one support, you have the ability to lose a stone and drop a dress size before the big day. Contact me know if you are up for the challenge. I have lots of new & exciting product arriving tommorrow🩷💙

Birthdays🥳

I have always had mixed emotions about birthdays! I absolutely love celebrating and spoiling my loved ones on their birthdays, but I’ve always had a love/hate relationship with my own.

I know this is a deep rooted feeling from childhood/teenage/adulthood years of being overweight and absolutely hating being the centre of attention. Back then I sought invisibility, you’d often find me glued to my seat in a dark corner at social functions. Hoping not to get up and draw attention to myself, especially at the buffet. Praying not to make eye contact with anyone as I didn’t have the confidence to start or hold a conversation.

The first two pictures are of me at Benkaz for lunch with my two sisters and some friends. I was so grateful that they wanted to celebrate with me, but I remember when these photos were posted of me online, I was so upset that I’d let myself balloon to this size. This was the last birthday pictures of me before I started my weightloss journey.

Fast forward to the next year, the photo of me in the coral dress was taken. 4st 6lbs later, for the first time in so many years, I was genuinely happy to smile for the camera.

These pictures popped up on my timeline last week, and they served as a reminder that change is not only possible, but maintainable if you are constantly committed to the process of changing your mindset & your lifestyle longterm.

These pictures are a collection of photos that were taken over the past 6yrs on my birthday, they help me to keep focused on my own goals, and motivate me to stay focused on why I became a weightloss consultant. My drive has always been to empower my clients to make better nutritional choices, by breaking addictive and harmful cycles. I want to inspire my clients, with my own journey that real change is possible if you are willing to commit to it.

Contact me now if you are ready to take back your power, and control! I can give you all the knowledge, tools, products and support you need to be successful🩷💙🩷💙🩷💙

Today marks FIVE years since I established my business, and welcomed my first client through the door. I’ll never forgot the nervous butterflies in my stomach or my jelly legs as I stumbled my way through my first consultation. I’ve honestly never felt so scared in my whole life, scared that I didn’t know enough to be a consultant, scared I didn’t give all the right information, scared that I had forgotten to tell them something important, scared that they had trusted me to help them be successful, scared that they’d realise the plan wasn’t for them and they wouldn’t come back, scared I couldn’t support them in the way they needed, but most of all scared because I didn’t really believe in myself!

I had been entrusted to build self confidence, self belief, self worth, self esteem, self love, self care, self improvement in my clients, but the real truth is every single client who walked through my door ended up building each of these important qualities into me! Being a weight loss consultant is a two fold blessing, as I was trying to help people change their lives, these people were also unknowingly helping me change mine.

The exhilarating highs have definitely outweighed the dips, getting to meet new people, intently listening to their stories, and how it led them to my door. Feeling empathy and compassion for people whose stories are similar to mine, or completely different. I have a greater understanding and appreciation for the trials of life and the unbreakable human spirit. The greatest joy is watching the changes, and transformation that takes place in people who start this journey. To see tears replaced by smiles, self doubt replaced with confidence, to witness body loathing transform into body loving, but mostly to meet as strangers, and to part as genuine friends!

To every single one of my clients, THANK YOU for blessing me with the privilege to get to know you, and for being able to work with you. I have fond memories of our time spent together, wether it was a matter of days or a matter of months, my days were made a little brighter by your unique presence in my life. I find joy in reliving moments where we have belly laughed together, I find contentment in moments we have cried together because you trusted me enough to be open and be completely yourself, and I feel pride in what you have achieved by yourself, for yourself! I’ve learned as much about my self over the past five years, as I have about my clients, you’ve helped me face my fears, and discover strengths & talents I never knew I possessed.

I want you to know that my door is always open if you need the plan, products, or just a friend to confide in, I will never stop believing in you, or being your biggest cheerleader, even if you decide on a different path, I’ll still support your decision.

The biggest thank you goes out to my amazing husband Scott, who has spent countless hours of his time supporting my dreams. He has been a constant source of love, strength, and encouragement. He has helped me in lots of different areas of my business, from quality control, to financial backer, and personal accountant 🤣. He always listens with love to my concerns, kicks my butt when I’m feeling sorry for myself, and praises me when succeeding!

Success looks different to everyone, but for me real success is seeing people for who they truly are, loving them exactly as they are, but encouraging them, and inspiring them to do better, so that they can become their best selves! I like to think I leave people a little better than I found them. That is how true success is measured in my eyes.

Here’s to many more years of helping people find the path to help them become their best self.

There have been so many health benefits from being on plan. I’m 42, and I’m in prime health. I am able to enjoy a full, active and healthy lifestyle with my family. I’m proud to say I don’t drink alcohol, caffeine or smoke, and I’ve never had Botox or fillers. Putting in great nutrition, feels good on the inside, and shows on the outside. Love the skin that you are in.

This year, I’m proud to say that I earned my 5yrs long service award, never did I ever think that would have been possible when I first started with the company. So thank you to all my wonderful clients over the years that have made that possible.

Just back from 12 wonderful days in the USA with my husband. It was our 1st couple trip together since our honeymoon in 2005. For the past 17yrs our holidays have revolved around our children, so it was a totally different experience for just the two of us!

If you know me, or if you’ve followed me on here for any period of time, then you’ll know how much I adore clothes…..and getting dressed up. It’s probably the biggest benefit and blessing of losing weight, for me. I love to feel and look good in whatever I’m wearing, as I spent so many years avoiding clothes shopping, photographs, and mirrors.

We were staying in Utah, and we travelled down to St George, and Las Vegas. As a rule people don’t generally dress up in the States, cue me cutting about The Strip in high heels and over the top dresses! I definitely attracted a lot of stares and attention, but do you know what, I didn’t care one bit, as I earned the right to wear whatever I want, and feel good about the skin that I’m in.

Wear what you feel good in.
Your body confidence doesn't have to look like anyone else's. Wear what leaves you feeling confident, and try not to succumb to the pressure to wear what makes someone else feel good. You're you and you know what you like—embrace it👏🏻👌🏻🩷💙

The greatest gift you can give the people in your life is to encourage them to do great things, be their cheerleader.

A voice of positivity that encourages them to go after their dreams, hold them up when they feel like falling over, to be a positive voice in a world of often negative noise and distraction.

It’s important to stand tall for the people you love, to have their back, and see them for who they really are - someone who can do amazing things🩷💙

Been so long since I’ve posted on here, been super busy with family, my dog, football, and of course my wonderful clients keeping me busy with work!

In July I hit my 5yr maintenance anniversary! I’m so proud of myself for being able to keep the weight off I’ve lost. It’s so easy to slip into bad eating habits and become complacent when you are not being regularly weighed in by a consultant.

I’m taking on new clients, please get in touch if you would like me to help you not only succeed with your weight loss goals, but help you sustain your loss through maintaining. I’m proof that’s it’s possible to sustain your target weight, and enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle 🩷💙🩷💙🩷💙

Been so long since I’ve put up a post on my business page, I’ve been super busy helping all of my amazing clients smash their weight loss goals!

Working with you guys really helps me with my own maintenance, you constantly inspire me and keep me accountable. Normally when you see me at appointments I’m totally unglam and I’m sports leggings & signature woolly hat!

One thing I always look forward to is getting the opportunity to glam up. Since losing weight over 4yrs ago, there is nothing more I love than shopping for a new outfit to wear on a night out.

Scott and I spent the night at our favourite place last night Seamill House Hotel, and it was a great opportunity to dress up!

Can you believe it’s only 5wks to Christmas!!! I’m super excited! If you would like to lose a stone before Christmas or drop a dress size, then The 1:1 Diet by The Cambridge Weight Plan is the perfect way to do it. I can support you through your journey and help you maintain your loss.

We all love to look & feel beautiful in a new Christmas party outfit!💗💙

Two photos taken in the same place, almost four years apart. Let’s talk transformation…..

A transformation is a dramatic change in form or appearance. A transformation is an extreme, radical change.

Transformation is the process of changing. Change is a response to external influences, where modifying day-to-day action achieves desired results. Transformation is about modifying core beliefs and long term behaviours-sometimes in profound ways-to achieve desired results.

Here are six crucial steps you must implement to make sure your personal transformation is a successful one….

1. Record the outcome. To get what you want, you must first know exactly what the final outcome will be.

2. Take baby steps.

3. Learn from others.

4. Be the outcome.

5. Be willing to be uncomfortable.

6. Be your own cheerleader.

In the first photo I had just gone through a personal transformation process, I hit my target weight, the butterfly is a beautiful symbol of that process.

Yesterday was a beautiful reminder to me that even though four years have passed I’ve remained transformed. It was lovely to see that the butterfly seat had undergone it’s own transformation and is now a brilliant red.

Seven steps to transforming yourself long term through maintenance….

1. See yourself outside yourself.

2. Find the habit associated with the thing you want to change.

3. Practice everyday no matter what.

4. Set realistic goals.

5. Constantly look in the mirror.

6. Surround yourself with people who will tell you the truth.

7. Hold yourself accountable.

Long term transformation is possible if you put in the daily work to form long lasting healthy habits.

Contact me know if you would like to undergo your very own personal transformation process. I have the products, knowledge, experience and support to make your journey successful 💗💙 🦋

Sometimes it’s good to look back…..to see how far you’ve come. In July, I’ll be 4yrs into my maintenance journey.

I’ll be honest, in the beginning I wasn’t sure if I’d make it this far. The buzz of being at target, was slightly overshadowed by the fear of not being able to maintain. No more weekly weigh in’s, no more products, no more weight to lose or targets to set myself. Was it really possible for me to maintain a four and a half stone loss?

Learning to trust yourself is hard, but a critical part of successful maintenance. Could I really trust myself self to portion control? Could I really trust myself not to slip back into unhealthy cycles? Could I really trust myself to not to reach for sugary foods when life got stressful or scary? Could I really trust myself to stop eating when I felt full? The answer is a resounding YES!!! The discipline I gained whilst I was on plan was crucial for the future, learning to feel full on lower calories, and eating proper nutrition to fuel my body for the day. Accepting responsibility for the journey ahead, and not relying on my consultant for daily support. Maintenance is definitely not plain sailing, but I feel I have the tools, and the knowledge I need to keep myself accountable and on track.

Here are two very different sets of pictures, actually two very different versions of me.

The girl in the red dress was at a beautiful wedding in December 17. She went to a lot of effort to look good, pretty dress, tan done, hair done, make up done, nails done. She looked ok, on the outside, or so she thought…..until she saw the pictures on her sisters phone. Looking through these pictures she felt a range of emotions, disgusted, humiliated, sadness, disbelief, deflated, and hopeless. She deleted all the photos of herself, bar this one with her mum and two sisters. She made a silent promise to herself, she was going to change. This promise was unlike any other she had ever made before, because this time she meant it, and she was going to keep it. In January 18, she followed up on that promise and went to a consultant and started the Cambridge weight plan. I’m proud to say she followed through with her promise to herself and set herself free from all the negative things that kept her trapped inside of her own body & mind.

Fast forward to almost four years later…
the woman in the pink dress was at a beautiful wedding at the weekend. She went to a lot of effort to look good, she picked out her dream dress, tan done, hair done, make up done, nails done. She felt beautiful. This time when she looked at the photos on her phone she felt proud of herself, worthy to be on the arm of her handsome husband, confident, comfortable in her own skin, genuinely smiling, look at her eyes. She didn’t delete any photos, she posted them online to share her joy with her family & friends. She made another silent promise to herself, she was going to keep on maintaining, so she always feels the way she does now, proud of the woman she’s fought to become.

It’s time to write your own story. Each of us have the power to decide what version of ourselves we want to become. We have the power to decide how our story ends. We have the power to change our story at any given moment. It begins with making a promise to ourself, following it up, and following through. If you would like help with getting started, contact me now and I’d be delighted to help you write your very own happily ever after💗💙

Christmas 2017 V Christmas 2021

This picture on the left was actually the catalyst that started my 1:1 Diet by the Cambridge weight plan journey.

This picture was taken in December 2017 at my cousins wedding. I remember thinking at the time I looked really good. I had my hair done, my tan done, my nails done, and I picked a beautiful new outfit that I loved. My sister had taken lots of pictures of me, and of our family, she went up to the dance floor, and I thought I would have a look at the photos she’d taken. To my absolute horror, I discovered the pictures she’d taken of me. I actually felt physically sick, I got really upset, and I deleted every single one, bar this one, as it was a photo of me, my mum and my two sisters, and she would have noticed if it was missing. I was so shocked at the size I’d let myself get to, I didn’t know what to do, I just knew that I was going to do something this time. All those empty promises and half hearted attempts at dieting had finally come back to haunt me.

In January 2018 I began my weight loss journey, this time something felt different inside of me, like a switch had flipped, or a light had finally come on. I made a commitment to myself that I was going to stay the course this time, and that I was going to be 💯 on plan till I reached my target weight. This girl kept that promise to herself, and in July 2018 I hit my goal weight.

It’s hard to put into words how it felt, and how it feels to be maintaining a healthy weight & BMI. I feel proud of myself that I’ve been able to implement and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle over the past three years. It definitely takes grit, consistency and determination to lose weight, but it takes even greater discipline to mauntain it. These things are only possible for me because of this life changing plan.

I used to loathe clothes shopping, now it’s one of my favourite pastimes, my husband can definitely testify to that! I love having the confidence to wear the things I’ve always wanted to.

Don’t put off the things that are important, there will always be obstacles. Learn to be happy now💙💗
