Sports, Life, Work has grown from a portable sports therapy business into a center for Sports and Performance. We moved from our small injury clinic once we needed to find a new location to home all our kit from taking over a gym. We have 2 treatment rooms for Sports Therapy work, (assessing, treating and rehabilitating injuries, Doesn't have to be sports injury.) We have a private multi use gym and have 1 in-house personal as well as elrenting the space to other coaches.

CALLING OUT MEN!

Now it's your time to shine!

Throughout our advertising and sharing of our Female Only Lifting Groups we always receive similar comments or messages along the following lines...

"why is it always female only classes?"
"is there no option for men then?"

So we have taken this constructively and decided to give you all the option you so clearly want!

We have now added 2 new BUILD (strength) classes, 2 BURN (cardio/hiit) classes and are programming 2 RECOVER (stretch/mobility) classes that are open to ALL GENDERS!

So it's your time to shine! Drop us a DM or message to get booked in for a free trial class and learn better techniques while challenging yourself to get stronger

All class memberships give you access to all sessions and training plans as well as a free gym membership to use SLW during our open gym hours

Keep your squats low and standards high!

It isn't just about working hard, it's about working right. We help you focus on learning the right techniques and quality of movement as well as ensuring you keep to the right intensity. It is why we are so popular with beginner lifters joining our groups and community because they know we always have the best coaches on hand to support them throughout their journey

If a movement is too new or difficult we always have the option to scale the routines and make adjustments to help bring everyone up to the same quality level, rather than forcing them through uncomfortable movements with potentially bad habits

Give your body and training the care it deserves and get yourself down to one of our BUILD classes, which focuses on all the key elements of strength training. A lifting group the way it is meant to be!

New Timetable!

Our new timetable is taking shape! All members please take note of the slight change to our Wednesday AM BUILD class, now starting at 6:45am instead of 7.

Also you can see the new addition of our BURN class as well as extra BUILD sessions where we now have classes for all genders as well as our female only sessions.

For as little as Β£60 per month you can receive access to these classes, all the training plans for each class, a membership to use our gym during Open Gym hours and all our community events/chats!

An offer you wont be able to beat elsewhere from our expert team. If you would like to come along and try out a class then just drop us a message to come along and get involved!

Meet our new classes!

BUILD
A rebrand of our popular Get Strong Class, focusing on strength training, lifting techniques and building a stronger more resilient body. With the rebrand we now have classes available for males on top of maintaining our ladies only classes

Mondays 7pm*
Tuesdays 12:30pm*
Wednesdays 6:45am* & 6:30pm
Thursdays 12:30pm & 6pm*
Saturdays 10am*

BURN
Tight for time or looking to get a quick sweat on? This ones for you! 30 minutes to get in, put in some hard work and get going. Perfect if you are tight for time or looking to fit a bit more cardio or calorie burning work into your week

Wednesdays 7:45-8:15am
Fridays 6:30-7pm

RECOVER
If you are recovering from a knock, or simply feeling achy from your workouts or busy week, you can come and enjoy our stretch and mobility class. This class focuses on helping increase your bodies movement and recovery whilst helping prehabilitate your body and prevent injuries. (Day/Time Pending)

Our memberships now cover access to ALL classes so you can chop and change between them depending on what your body needs that week. This also means you will have access to the training plans for ALL 3 CLASSES! So you have so much more information to help enhance your weeks workouts and training.

For new viewers, our class memberships also include a membership to our gym and place on our Bragging Rights Wall to monitor your progress. Meaning you have the plans, the facility, the support...all you need to succeed :)

With our first of many future lift-offs complete, we are ready to roll out our new and exciting gym additions!

Tomorrow we will be sharing with you some new additions to our classes as well as a slight rebrand of our lifting class which will now include sessions inclusive of all genders (as well as maintaining our ladies only sessions so do not worry everyone).

How AMAZING was Saturday?

We are still running on an adrenaline buzz from seeing you all come in and smash your targets (repeatedly for many may we add).

A few years ago we ran a quick lift-off event called "Beat Your Best" when the gym first started to get up and running. A chance for some clients and members to mingle and try some heavier weights.

As you see...we have grown SUBSTANCIALLY since then πŸ˜‚

A training community built on positive vibes and strength training being for everyone. It's crazy to see how much we have grown with even more of our group and 1-2-1 members unfortunately unable to attend.

At SLW we encourage everyone to get involved and enjoy training. We're a private facility and want everyone to be able to come in and train and feel the buzz around our community so if you want to get involved with this amazing bunch of people then drop us a message and come along for a visit

Lift-Off Notice!

Just a few days now until our Lift-Off Event! A reminder for those attending this Saturday, we are aiming for the warm up to start around 10am, so aim to arrive around 9.45am if possible.

Friends and family are welcome to come along for support or to see the event if you wis, however we do ask that any family dogs are left at home due to the volume of people that may be in attendance.
