Wendy promoted delivery of expert clinical consultancy to other practitioners, assessments of clinical needs for service users and looking at clinical governance within the organisation, which includes developing clinical guidelines to ensure ethical clinical delivery and developing bespoke clinical training. Wendy also liaised with other professionals, such as occupational health, musculoskeletal professionals, life management sectors and other large corporate organisations. In addition, Wendy also managed a team of Psychologists and Clinical Consultants who specialise in clinical case management and onsite crisis support.
