Learning anatomy isn’t just about memorising names on a diagram. 🫀🦴

Studying the skeleton gives us the structure…
Where bones meet.
How joints move.
The foundation our muscles rely on.

But working with real bodies gives us the story…
Tension patterns from stress.
Posture shaped by habits.
Soft tissues that respond, shift, and release under skilled hands. ✋✨

As massage therapists, we need to see both:
The blueprint and the living experience.

The more we understand what’s beneath the surface, the more intentional, effective, and compassionate our work becomes.
