✨ What a beautiful, heart-opening morning at our Sarvangasana Workshop! ✨

From the moment we stepped onto our mats, there was a shared sense of curiosity, courage, and care.

Whether it was your first time exploring shoulderstand or you were refining years of practice, every single person showed up with presence—and left with more than just a deeper pose.

💫 What we cultivated together:
- A clearer understanding of alignment and anatomy—shoulder girdle, cervical spine, and core integration
- Safer, stronger transitions into and out of Sarvangasana
- A felt sense of energetic uplift—lightness, clarity, and calm
- A boost in confidence, not just in the pose, but in our own inner strength

What moved me most was hearing how each practitioner noticed shifts—not only in their technique, but also in their mindset.
