Constipation of the mind? Let me explain...

Here's a concept that might blow your mind:
"People who suffer from constipation often suffer from constipation of the mind."

Your digestive system is a sensitive mirror of your mental and emotional state. It's almost wholly under the influence of your autonomic nervous system (ANS), which is governed by the limbic area of your brain - your emotional center.

This means your emotions and mental processes act DIRECTLY on your digestive system.

In simple terms:
Chronic stress β†’ digestive issues
Anxiety β†’ gut dysfunction
Holding onto worry β†’ holding onto waste
Mental rigidity β†’ physical constipation
