I hope your all well & had a lovely Christmas and New Year❤️

Classes starting back this Tuesday 7th January, can not wait to see you all back on our mats.

Everyone welcome, so whether your a complete beginner, maybe taken a break from yoga and looking to start back- or you’ve been practicing regularly for years, I look forward to welcoming you all.

Always starting our practice with some breath work and a gentle warm up then getting right into our flowing sequence then always ending with a guided relaxation🥰
