When you learn Usui Reiki with me we delve straight into the real reasons why Reiki works. The scientific reasons why we are not separate and why everything in our human plane of existence is based on energy and consciousness.

Shadow Work is a practice that helps us understand and accept the parts of ourselves that we'd sometimes rather ignore. It helps us release limiting beliefs and let go of patterns that no longer serve us.

The practices you'll learn with me are rooted in the spiritual understanding that everything we experience is energy and just wants to be brought home to acceptance. It's a reminder that we live in a human world of reflections. Shadow Work helps us see those reflections with more clarity and less judgement.

I'll help you get out of your own head, remove the stories we attach to life experiences, and simply process them as energy. Nice simple meditations that attune you to subtle energies and allow them to be fully felt and processed through the body.

Included in the day is:

New Moon Cycle Collective Theme!

As always, this theme plays out differently for all of us, based on our individual paths and how learnings best present themselves for us.

By Thursday/Friday this week, we will be moving into a New Moon cycle. And, with that, flows in a new energetic experience. The purpose in the guidance I am offering is to offer you a little nudge that you can revisit throughout this new moon cycle when you feel like you're needing some support in bringing yourself back into alignment.

This new cycle will present challenges for you to recognise and navigate in relation to breaking old patterns. They will present themselves in your relationships (not only romantic), career and perhaps other areas of life like your relationship to food and your physical body. It could always present itself by way of old thought patterns and you having to make real effort towards improving your self talk.

The key here is take steps to get out of victim mode and feeling helpless. Shadow work is always a good way to delve into those subconscious patterns but evening taking up a regular meditation practice or something that helps you get out of your head and into the heart space is beneficial.

Stepping into your power and finding the strength to hold whatever wants to authentically be expressed through you doesn't happen with force. So don't fall into the trap of trying to push your way through whatever situation(s) appear for you. The key here is to find a balance of surrendering into the flow whilst being tuned in enough to your subconscious to know when you need to make a decision to take action or respond.

If you need some support in learning how to tap into your subconscious and surrendering into the flow of life then Reiki is a great starting point. I'll be running taster sessions throughout the year so please don't be shy in reaching out to book in with me.

Other fun ways to explore your inner world and how to work with it are learning how to carry out card readings for yourself. I will also be running a number of beginners sessions through the year so reach out if you feel drawn to this.
