Dr Parveen Zahid : Clinical Reflexologist & Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner
Women’s Hormonal Health Specialist ⚖️
Lifestyle Medicine Health Coach 🌿
Supporting women to restore hormonal balance at every stage of their lives 🌸 After a personally challenged year I found Reflexology which changed the course of my life. Reflexology is a non invasive complementary treatment which activates the body's natural healing powers through applying pressure on areas on the feet and face that correspond to all the major organs, glands and body systems. Reflexology can be hugely beneficial on a therapeutical, physical and emotional level. This freeing and releasing of energy in order to restore balance will promote deep relaxation and increased wellbeing.

🌿 Minimising Harmful Substances
This pillar reminds us that wellness isn’t only about what we add in — but also what we let go of.
Reducing exposure to things that harm our body and mind — like to***co, excess alcohol, ultra-processed foods, toxins, and even negative thought patterns — helps our natural healing systems thrive.
Every small step counts:
✨ Swap alcohol for sparkling water with lime
✨ Choose whole foods over packaged ones
✨ Create calm by limiting digital overload
✨ Practice self-compassion instead of self-criticism
When we lighten the toxic load, the body finds its balance again — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

💪 Physical Activity — Move for Health & Happiness
Movement is truly medicine.
It strengthens the heart, balances hormones, boosts mood, supports lymph flow, and improves sleep quality.
You don’t need a gym — just move in ways that bring you joy.
✨ A walk in nature, a dance in the kitchen, a good stretch — it all counts.

Relationships and community form one of the six pillars of lifestyle medicine.
Strong, positive connections help lower stress hormones, improve mood, and even extend lifespan.
Invest time in people who lift you — because connection heals in ways science is only beginning to measure 🤗

🌙 Sleep — The Silent Healer
Quality sleep is one of the most powerful ways to restore and rebalance your body.
During deep sleep, your brain clears toxins, hormones are regulated, cells repair, and your immune system strengthens.
Consistent, restful sleep supports your mood, metabolism, and even your skin.
It’s truly where healing begins — body, mind & soul. 💫

🧠 Mental Wellbeing
Your mind and body are deeply connected — when one feels off, the other follows.
Simple daily choices like slowing your breath, spending time in nature, and practising gratitude can calm your nervous system and reduce stress.
Small steps, big shifts 🌿

In a previous life, I was a university lecturer and analytical research chemist. Following a challenging but eye opening year in 2015, this initiated my decision to study for a Diploma in Clinical Reflexology.
I am a naturally warm and compassionate individual. Through my own struggles such as overcoming depression, I've found myself in a position where I can relate and empathise with my clients.
I believe that I have found the balance between analytically approaching treatments, in terms of trying to identify areas of imbalance in the body and making connections with my client's daily life, with being a caring and professional practitioner.
I have a genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of my clients and possess a vast knowledge of holistic aftercare advice, fuelled by my natural curiosity towards alternative healthcare.
I specialise in feet that have known life, walked miles and want to walk millions more.
