Light work is…. noticing quietly the girl at the supermarket’s self harm marks all up her arm and making a mental note to always try and use her checkout so you can be present and consciously send loving energy and the vibration of Namaste ( divine in me sees the divine in you) next time you are there. You do this by simply holding the intention, knowing if it is energetically rebuffed, it will flow elsewhere. No words need to be uttered, no acknowledgement of it being done, no big show of being a healer ( we all are) just being in the open hearted space to send some love and recognition her way via kindly chat or peaceful silence, looking her in the eye, smiling, and noticing her as a valued human being. That is light work - it’s not hard. X
