CBT is a structured, goal orientated and solution focused approach that focuses on present teaching of strategies for future enabling of client self-healing. I offer a safe and fully confidential space for us to work collaboratively to identify problems and formulate goals for therapy. We will use structured sessions and employ tools and techniques to help you to facilitate change in thoughts, feelings and behaviour to assist you to have a different view of your situation and issues that you bring to therapy.
