When you join our Glasgow Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, you'll experience the unique Nuffield Health 3-step gym plan. Your journey with us starts with our clinically approved He

alth MOT from which you'll obtain a 'health score'. You'll then carry out a personalised gym programme for 3 months before having your second Health MOT. If you have not maintained or improved your score in your second MOT you're free to leave with no obligation. Why is Nuffield Health's Glasgow gym different? We're so passionate about your health that we’ll give you rewards worth at least £100, to redeem in gym, for improving your fitness. With us you also have in gym access to a range of specialists; health mentors, wellbeing advisors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, personal trainers, and physiologists. We even host free monthly 'Meet our experts' events, where you can ask questions and learn to better understand your fitness and physical health. Our brand new dedicated functional area designed for versatility.

Perfect for members training for performance or race prep as well as hosting more of your favourite Functional, HIIT and Circuit classes.

Forming the foundation to our new area is our custom built BLK BOX rack, equipped with Boxing Bags, Wall Ball Targets, Kettlebells, Weighted Bags and Balls, alongside an assortment of Dumbbells and Plates to accompany our 3 Sled Tracks.

In this area you will find numerous Rowers, Skiergs, Air Bikes and Treadmills as well.

Launching May 9th 🥳, we can’t wait to welcome you down to the club to take part in all our new classes and to elevate your functional training.
