th very deep, lasting effects. Our life-force energy is what flows through us and every living thing - it nourishes the organs and cells of the body and supports them in their vital function. This life energy is what causes us to be alive. When this energy is low, we can become sick, out of balance and feel stressed; if it is high, we feel more healthy and happy. Reiki is both safe and gentle and ideal for everyone. During the treatment, Reiki energy is channelled out through the therapist’s hands into the client’s body, the energy flows to wherever it is most needed, adapting to the natural needs of the receiver. The sensation of Reiki energy can often be described as comforting waves of flowing energy, comforting heat or tingling when the healing is taking place. The other day a lovely soul carrying the heavy, stagnant energy of a stressful week came to the Reiki space.You could feel the tension held deeply within mind and body.During the Reiki session, we focused on clearing energetic blocks and inviting the Universal Life Force energy to flow freely again. ✨️
As the session unfolded, the tension and enrgy blocks had simply dissolved.They shared that they felt completely calm, grounded, and lighter as if a physical and emotional weight had been lifted.
Reiki is a beautiful reminder that we don't have to carry around the stress and clutter of daily life.🌿

💜✨ When the world feels heavy, your soul knows the way back to lightness. ✨

💜 Have you ever felt like you’re carrying more than just your own burdens? Like the collective weight of the world has settled right onto your shoulders, dimming your inner light? 🌍💫
This week, I held space for two beautiful souls who arrived carrying that very heaviness. They were weary from the 'noise' of the world and looking for a way back to their own true essence.
Through the divine flow of Reiki, we worked to dissolve those energetic blocks and release what no longer served them. It was a powerful reminder of how Reiki healing energy can gently lift the veil of stress, leaving room for peace to return. 🕊️🤍
Both clients left feeling deeply calm, spiritually refreshed, and incredibly light. I felt such a profound sense of gratitude from them both, a beautiful, heart centered exchange that reminded me why I am so blessed to do this work. 🙏✨

✨ Feeling deeply blessed and heart-full after a beautiful weekend of Reiki. ✨
💜 It was such an absolute privilege to hold the space for a wonderful soul Lyndsey Mannix in her Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki initiations. There is truly something so sacred about witnessing a student open their heart to these frequencies for the first time.
We spent the weekend wrapped in the most serene, high-vibrational energies of Usui Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki. Having the space for a 1-to-1 intensive meant we could dive deep, allowing for full focus, personal connection, and plenty of time to bask in the incredible peace and practice Reiki and the Reiki techniques.
I am so grateful for her trust in me as her teacher, and she was equally moved to receive these sacred initiations in my dedicated, quiet space. Watching her glow as she connected with this healing light is exactly why I love what I do. 🕊️🙌

This past weekend was one I’ll never forget. I had the absolute honour of initiating my student into her Usui Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki Master Teacher level.
To say the energy was tangible would be an understatement. We laughed, we cried, and we sat in awe as those deep, transformative healing energies filled the room. At one point, she looked at me and said her heart felt like it could burst with gratitude and honestly, mine felt the same.✨️✨️🙏
Being able to pass on these ancient teachings is a privilege I never take for granted. To see another soul ready to carry this light onwards and teach others this beautiful gift is the greatest reward.
