Join us for inclusive yoga and mat based pilates classes designed for all levels. A place for you to check in, balance and regulate mind, body and spirit. Our intention is to hold space for you to come home to yourself. Located in the heart of Glasgow’s East End, our studio offers a variety of nurturing and inclusive yoga and mat based pilates classes. At Meridian, we believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing, with offerings extended out to shamanic healing, reiki, shamanic journeying circles and sound baths. Our Values

✨ The Pilates Teacher Training is officially happening! ✨

We’ve reached our minimum number of trainees, so this course is definitely going ahead! However, we know that January can be a tricky month financially after the pressure of Christmas, so Victoria (our course leader) and I have decided to give everyone a wee bit of extra breathing space.

We’ve now extended the closing date to Friday 14th February (a date you hopefully won’t forget 💘), which means there’s still time to join us if this has been something you’ve been considering.

Course starts on 21st February and will run for 5 weekends each month from February - June. Final assessments take place early September.

It's not too late to connect to your vision for 2026!

There is so much pressure to have our year all planned out and goals set on the 1st January. But this is still the depths of winter, a time of rest, reflection and introspection - not planning! So many other cultures recognise this - the astrological start to the wheel of the year is Imbolc on the 1st February, and Chinese New Year begins on the 17th February. All this to say, you haven't missed the boat on setting goals and connecting to your intentions for the year.

In this workshop through restorative yoga and guided meditation you'll give yourself time and space for your intentions for the year to come to the surface. You'll then represent these intentions creatively in a visionboard to help you live intentionally in 2026.

Don't worry you are not expected to plan out your whole year! This is a practice of embracing the unknown and releasing perfectionism.

What to expect:
- Restorative yoga
- Guided meditation
- Tarot reading
- Getting creative to make your vision board through cutting, sticking, drawing & writing (no artistic skills necessary!)
- Snacks & tea

All materials will be provided.

We wanted to share that from 26th February, Meridian will no longer be available to book through ClassPass.

As a small, independent studio, the payout rates from the platform aren’t sustainable for us long-term. To keep our classes thriving, our teachers fairly paid, and our community strong, we’ll be moving to direct bookings

We’re grateful to everyone who found us through ClassPass. It’s been a joy getting to know you.

If you’ve enjoyed practicing with us, we’d love to continue welcoming you through the studio directly.

Only daytime classes will remain on ClassPass until late February.

All early morning, evening & weekend sessions can be booked directly through the studio via our website or the link in our bio.

Just before Christmas I shared a reel about our upcoming Level 3 Mat Pilates Teacher Training, especially for those considering a change of direction in their career. It sparked a lot of interest but we're now at the point of finalising numbers.

To run the course, we need two more people, and bookings will close at 4pm on Friday 16th January.

If this training has been sitting in the back of your mind, this is your nudge to take a look and see whether it’s the right time for you.

✨ Five weekends between January–May
✨ Final assessment weekend in July
