My favourite day of the week, Wednesday, started with tears of joy! My birthday celebrations began a little early. I arrived for a massage and was greeted with music, decorations, and balloons. A huge thank you to Henrieta BSFTherapy for this amazing surprise! I am so touched and emotional!
I’ll be away this weekend for my birthday trip. I never work on my birthday—it’s my favourite rule for celebrating another year around the sun.

I’m so excited to share some wonderful news. I’ve received a beautiful new addition of organic essential oils for your aromatherapy massages, and I’m nearly jumping with happiness! I could mix these blends all day long, and I’m so excited to dive deeper into this world of aromatherapy. You can create so many different blends for all sorts of conditions, and I can confirm that it works. At home, I don’t use medication—I use essential oils instead.

I start each morning with a pranayama breathing practice from the amazing Siobhan, owner of and a warm cup of chamomile tea.
