Great way to lose weight

I can't make a lettuce taste like a kebab
WE CAN enjoy eating a lettuce
I can't make your husband see a size 10 redhead
WE CAN like who we see in the mirror
I can't make you feel woozy and out of it
WE CAN make you feel confident and in control.

One of the main things we can do is get you a good nights sleep and believe it or not this will have a massive impact on your diet because your body won't crave sugar to regulate your blood sugar levels and help cut down your late night binges.
