Hello lovely clients…
I can’t believe we are approaching that time of year again 🫣🎅🏼 since lots of you have been asking & started booking in.. YES my Christmas diary is open. As Christmas Day & Boxing Day fall on my 2 working days (how dare they 😆), im working on Monday the 22nd & Tuesday the 23rd that week instead (the rest of December is as normal). The following week for New Year im working on Tuesday the 30th but if it becomes really busy i’ll add on the Monday. I’m then off for the first week in January to recover from the madness 😂 & return on Thursday the 8th.
The diary is open, so get booking 🎅🏼🎁

💖 Just a wee reminder about my cancellation policy. I feel like a broken record but here i am again 🙈
I ask for at least 24 hours notice where possible to give me a chance to refill the space. If it’s less than 24 hours notice or you don’t turn up at all i ask for half of the treatment cost before rebooking as the chances are the space won’t be filled and i’m left out of pocket. I think this is more than fair. A lot of places want 48 hours notice and the full amount.
Regardless of the reason making it not possible for you to give me 24 hours notice (unwell, held back at work etc) i’m sorry but it still leaves me with time that can’t be filled hence i’m making no money. I still have overheads, bills, rent etc to pay.
My dentist charges for late cancellations/ no shows, as do most other beauty salons, hairdressers etc. We all have to cover ourselves because clients cancelling at last minute or not turning up means we don’t get paid. Our time is valuable. Please respect that 🙏🏼
Thank you to all my amazing clients that always turn up on time, when they should. And also to the ones that if they have to cancel last minute ask what they owe me for missed appointment without me having to ask 🥰
