Monday Food

Dinner was stir fry steak, rice pouch with onion, garlic, petite pois, brocolli stems, endamame beans & green beans (oyster sauce for flavour) with a side of brocolli & lettuce 'wraps' - 1Β½ swips. Lunch was salmon, prawns & egg with light mayo, cheese & crackers and a pear - 1 swip. Breakfast was Β½ swip for mayo with cracker & cheese, fruit & yogurt. Hi fi with coffee 3 swips. Ending Monday on 6 swips.

I love this time of the day when I wake hungry and look forward to breakfast. Im lucky I have time in the mornings to prepare food and sit down and enjoy the moment! Today's starter is orange & kiwi, main is cracker with cheese & salmon & tomato and dessert is greek yogurt & mixed berries. Delish!
