Only 6 weeks until my yoga for perimenopause workshop ππ§ To book contact balance enquiries@balance.co.uk ********************************************** During my training to become a holistic health coach for women, I spoke to 10βs of women about their menstrual cycle, their sleep patterns, appetite, and energy. This was the greatest source of learning for me. I was honoured that women shared their stories with me and it felt great to be able to draw on my 15 years teaching experience to offer yoga sequences and ayurvedic lifestyle tips that can help common issues such as, heavy periods, insomnia, weight gain, hot flashes, and anxietyβ¦ to name a few symptoms that can ramp up in the years leading to menopause. Menopause is on the horizon for me, I can feel the changes starting, and I want to be ready for it. I hope other women want to join me through this stage next of life.
