Today is International Self-Care Day, which is observed on the 24th of July each year to underscore the 24/7 role of of self-care in preventing illness, improving mental health, managing chronic conditions and supporting the NHS.
A few ways you can look after your own health and wellbeing include getting active outside, eating a balanced diet, finding support to help manage your mental health, and quitting smoking if relevant.
