As this year comes to a close…

✔️ It’s okay if things didn’t turn out the way you hoped
✔️ It’s okay if some goals are still unmet or if you never had any
✔️ It’s okay if you’re feeling tired rather than triumphant

what truly matters is that your here, you’ve made it through another year and that in itself is something to be proud of

if your feeling stuck, overwhelmed or weighed down, whether that’s traumatic experiences, ongoing worries, or the day to day challenges of life, you don’t have to carry it alone

🛟 my therapy space is a safe place to begin, it’s confidential, professional and completely free from judgement

as a therapist there is things I haven’t conquered this year, troubles I’ve had and moments of feeling overwhelmed and I’m grateful I have my own therapist and clinical supervisor to work with

therapy thoughts 💭 fans

after your therapy session you might leave feeling a bit off, emotional, tired, or not quite like yourself… this is completely normal

therapy can stir things up, bring things into your awareness, and that doesn’t always settle straight away.

the real work often continues in the days between sessions, in the moments you notice your thoughts, feelings, and patterns showing up in everyday life

be kind to yourself during that time, rest when you need to, reflect gently and remember that change doesn’t only happen in the therapy room… it happens in between too 💭

i am really honoured to say that from mid January I will be re introducing my holistic therapies including reiki, reflexology, meditation and indian head back into my practice

it feels like the right time to bring these supportive therapies back alongside my usual client work

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for the trust, openness, and effort you have all brought to our work together. It’s been a privilege to walk alongside you and witness the courage it takes to reflect, practice and keep going, even when things feel hard.

As we head into the christmas holidays, I hope you are able to find moments of rest, gentleness, and whatever feels grounding or comforting for you.

However this time looks for you, I wish you peace and kindness towards yourself, and space to recharge.

New weekly evening classes - each session offers something a little different but both are to help ease stress, support balance and leave you feeling calmer and more grounded 🤍

What’s on offer ⬇️

🪬🎼THE REIKI HOUR | 7–8pm
A 60-minute small group Reiki session, focused on balancing the chakras and supporting deep relaxation. Gently guided with sound meditation.

🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏼REST & RESTORE | 8.15–9pm
A 45-minute restorative yoga session with guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), helping you release tension and deeply relax.

The Thursday Club can be booked as individual classes or booked together at a discounted rate of £22 for a longer, more nurturing evening ✨
