whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, weighed down by low mood or navigating the pain of loss, I can help you to make sense of what is happening and why, whilst guiding you towards feeling more grounded and in control

🌟 💫 ❤️ my own journey to self love through cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

i wanted to take a moment to share how CBT has transformed my relationship with myself…

before i often struggled with imposter syndrome, self doubt and negative thoughts that clouded my self worth, but through CBT I learned to recognise those harmful patterns and challenge them head on without rumenatuon, i discovered the power of reframing my thoughts, embracing my strengths, and celebrating my uniqueness

it wasn’t always easy but I found the courage to believe in myself, with the help of my clinical supervisor and personal therapist, I now give myself genuine self love 🥰 and celebrate my journey imperfections and all

if you are feeling stuck or struggling with self acceptance, know that change is possible, let’s support each other in this beautiful journey of self discovery and empowerment ❣️🌟💫
