I’m really pleased to be starting a small, supportive anxiety group for women in the local community at The Halfway Hall

This will be a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe to be yourself, talk openly (only if and when you want to) and connect with others who truly understand how anxiety can feel. Alongside this I’ll gently introduce practical, tools to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and less alone with it all.

If you’ve been carrying anxiety quietly or feeling overwhelmed, this would be a place to take that first step towards support, all at your own pace.

Spaces will be limited to keep the group small and supportive.

This will be a small, confidential supportive space to talk openly, understand what’s driving your anxiety, and learn practical ways to manage it.
