We love getting out and about, empowering people to feel in control of any aches and pains before they stop you doing your sport.

So last night Claire offered a session of education combined with physical, practical strategies for golfers at - always the best bit (talking education is kinda mawhh on its own, unless you feel something different in your own body). So that's what we offer!

-pain doesn't always need rest.
- our bodies always heal with the right ingredients
- Too much rest can make getting back to sport SO much harder!
- Any rehab exercise needs to be GOLF specific and not generic, if you are a golfer!
