Hypnotherapy can assist with many areas including; anxiety and depression, confidence building, weight management, fears and phobias, stopping smoking, pain management, childbirth and many more. I run group classes and also if you prefer, to suit your times better I can do individual couples session at my office in Glasgow city centre. At Clarity Hypnosis, you can speak in complete confidence and in a safe environment and we have flexible times to suit your needs. Session Prices:

£70 - Hypnotherapy session
£90 - Stop Smoking

Price includes an initial consultation on your first session which will last around 45 minutes to an hour, prior to going ahead with the hypnotherapy session. Please allow 2 hours in total for this visit . You will also receive a relaxation CD to listen to after your hypnotherapy. I received a lovely message from a client the other day who came for a fear of darkness. I'm so chuffed for them 🙂!

"I just wanted to let you know that I moved into my new house last week and I am feeling pretty good, thanks to you.

It was very windy and noisy last night , and dark of course, and I wasn’t as scared as I thought I’d be. I’m doing very well which is great.
