Joined 10th June 2024 got to target 9th December 2024. Been on target since then. Joined for health reasons, so glad I joined, it's a fab class 9am on a Monday. Fab consultant and fab welcoming people .

Can you believe today is the 18th January…..
In 2 weeks time it’s February!!!
Over the last few weeks I have welcomed 48 new members to my groups and already seen some truly amazing weight losses……
