Brian & John are the friendly drivers based at Spey Rd. They can collect your prescription from your surgery and will deliver as soon as the pharmacy team have it ready! 💊👩🏼‍⚕️✅🚙

We do get such a kick out of seeing our wee cars driving all over Glasgow and beyond, delivering prescriptions to our communities - such a great service!

Dr beanbag is losing roughly 1.5lbs a week

Which is a -750 calorie deficit a day…

Or -5250 deficit over a week.

So that 750 is getting added back onto the -5250 deficit right?

Meaning Dr Beanbag's total weekly deficit now is only -4500

Meaning he won’t lose 1.5lbs, he'll lose probably 1.35lbs

Fking up one day isn’t the end of the world!

He drew a line, and got straight back on it.

Dr Beanbag says having a melt down, then spiralling into a binge for days will not only remove the remaining deficit but likely put you into a surplus!
