It's not quite the end of the holidays so we have a few changes to our breastfeeding groups this week, w/c 18th August 2025

Our groups are facilitated by trained breastfeeding peer support volunteers and / or NHS Grampian Staff and completely free to attend.
With the exception of two (whose booking links are below), our groups are drop in - we know that it can be tricky getting out of the house with a new baby!

Monday 18th August -
▪ Buckie Breastfeeding Group will be at Ardach Health Centre between 10am and 11am. Back to Lady Cathcart from next week.
▪ Ellon is not running this week.Next week it's the end of the month walk, leaving from Market Street Car Park at 1.30pm.
▪ Remember that due to number restrictions, booking is required for Inverurie Breastfeeding Group. Link below to book ⬇️

Tuesday 19th August

▪ The NCT Early Days Cafe is back from holiday at the slightly amended time of 1pm - 3pm.

Remember, you do not need to have questions to go along to a breastfeeding group, social support is important too! If you do have questions, let our volunteers know
