Menopause Yoga Retreat: Menopause Rage & Irritability on Saturday 22nd March from 930am-1pm in Heart of Scotstoun Community centre. Spaces limited to 10 lovely ladies. Tea & coffee included.
For me personally yoga has been a huge part of my own personal journey as I entered peri menopause. Learning to be kinder to myself and taking better care of my own needs has benefited all areas of my life.

In Winter Mother Nature is encouraging us to conserve our energy. Not easy in our fast paced world! It’s important to keep moving though so yin yoga is a great way to do this. Nature is so soothing and reassuring. But we can often get disconnected from Nature when life takes over. Getting on the mat to move and breathe and come into the body helps attune to our own wisdom. Releasing physical and mental tension. Try to make time to get some fresh air and to exercise.
