Chair yoga tomorrow (Friday) at the welcoming and friendly Auchinairn Community Centre. Cafe is open before class if you pop in early for a cuppa!

1.15pm suitable for all. I teach the class starting with a seated breath awareness, gentle movements, seated postures and a seated relaxation at the end. Each week I will theme the class around a different element of nature, or specific posture or aspect of yoga philosophy.

Join me and do as much or as little as you feel able! There is no pressure to do anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

Today I have been teaching classes influenced by the liberation of energy series. These focus on moving joints slowly and exploring each movement a joint can do.

This morning I combined this with the circular rhythmical flow of our breath and this afternoon I mixed in a few different seated warrior versions.
