The secret is they work very hard at it and dont give up.

Just the same you......but more consistent in the pursuit of your goals.

2026 can be the start of anything you want.

But you need to start believing it.

Fresh saturday vibes this morning 🌄

2 clients in and away before 10am and out for a run in freezing conditions 🥶

I won't lie....ive not done many dips in December so I thought I might aswell start the new year as I mean to go on.

Breaking the ice to get into it is always fun!

Benefits of ice baths/cold water dips:

✅️ reduced inflammation in muscles and joints which is amazing for post workout recovery

✅️ building mental resilience which carries over into everyday life and help stress management

✅️ feelings of alertness and increased energy for hours afterwards

✅️ reducing mental 'chatter' to help with
overthinking and anxiety

Between 2 and 5 minutes is ideal and as long as you do at least 11 minutes a week you will reap the benefits.

I tend to do around 3 dips a week of between 3 and 5 minutes.

Still had enough time to go via the supermarket and get stocked up for the week ahead before picking up Lily from her training.

Looking forward to getting back to a normal routine as of monday 🙌

National Swimmer Allanah making these pull ups look easy this morning in her session.

Her normal swim training has been off over Christmas but she's still been in for her usual weekly strength sessions with me.

During our sessions we focus on several things:

✅️ upper body pulls (to pull more water efficiently)

✅️Core work (to keep your body streamlined in the water)

✅️ glute strength (for stronger kicks and starts)

✅️ leg strength (for kick efficiency and powerful turns)

These pull ups focus on lats and upper back power which make them a very swim-specific exercise.

Allanah is very committed to her nutrition, hydration and more recently her mobility and stretching. All of these components make such a difference to overall performance.

An absolute dream to work with ❤️

Christmas eve conditioning for my two dedicated little gymnasts this morning 🤸‍♀️

Lots of explosive movements, core conditioning and stretching.

I love working with all of my young athletes they are the most driven people ever. So inspiring!!

Time to enjoy a couple of days off before im back in on saturday.

25 reps of christmas workout never fails 🔥

Absolutely outstanding effort from both of these ladies over the past year (and the third sister Louise Marcantonio who has also worked her but off)

The sister rivalry has kept me very entertained and also helped them to smash their nutrition and gym sessions outwith their weekly PT.

Courtney Buckley looking so strong in her session this morning!

Over the past year we have been focused on arms and abs - areas she wasn't super confident about.

She has got smaller and tighter everywhere - but just look at those abs 😍

No excuses from this supermum.
She's non-stop busy but rarely misses a session.

Ready for her upcoming holiday in the sun and a well deserved break from rushing about.

Looking forward to picking back up in the new year to smash some 2026 goals 🙌
