Let’s be honest for a second.

You’ve been told:

👉 “Raise your vibration”
👉 “Think positive”
👉 “Visualise your dream life”

But no one told you this:

👉 If your nervous system is in survival…
you can’t sustain any of that.

You are a “vibrating being” — yes.
Your body runs on electrical signals, rhythms, patterns.

But here’s the truth most people avoid:

👉 “High vibration” is often just what a regulated nervous system feels like.

When your system is dysregulated:

✅ You overthink
✅ You react instead of respond
✅ You sabotage opportunities
✅You chase validation
✅ You feel unsafe… even when nothing is wrong

And then you say:

👉 “I can’t manifest the life I want”

But when your nervous system is regulated:

✨You feel safe in your body
✨ You think clearly
✨You act with intention
✨ You stop sabotaging yourself
✨ You can actually HOLD what you say you want

👉 And THIS is where your reality starts to change.

Not because you’re “magically attracting things”…

But because:

👉 you are finally acting like the person who can sustain them.

So no…

❌ It’s not about “vibrating higher”
✔️ It’s about becoming more regulated

And from there…

👉 everything shifts.

💬 If you want to experience what this feels like in your body (not just understand it in your mind)…

I don’t know if we’re just stupid… or asleep. 🤯

How is it possible that we care more about our car 🚗
than our own body?

The very thing that allows us to live,
to feel,
to experience life… ❤️

And yet… we treat it like trash. 🗑️

And the worst part?

We still expect to feel good.
No pain.
No tension.
We want energy ⚡
We want happiness 😊
We want to feel alive…

But come on…

We’re literally pouring sugar water into a high-performance machine. 🥤➡️🏎️

And then we get frustrated 😤
when we start breaking down…
when life doesn’t feel right…
when nothing satisfies us anymore…
when we’re constantly irritated, exhausted, and disconnected. 😩

Wake up. ⚠️

The most advanced, intelligent, and powerful machine in the universe
is your own body.

Start treating it like one.

If you’re ready to start taking care of your body for real…

✨ Wouldn’t it be amazing to experience this for yourself?

These are real words from two clients after their Spinal Flow sessions:

📝 “Even more calm… body feels tall & light.” — E.M.
📝 “Deep relaxation + healing flow.” — T.P.

During their sessions, they experienced:

✔️ Warmth, tingling, internal movement
✔️ Deep calm and emotional release
✔️ Spontaneous breathing and body responses
✔️ A sense of openness in the spine, neck, and hips

This is what can happen when your nervous system begins to shift…
when your body moves out of stress mode and into a state of safety, regulation, and flow.

💫 Spinal Flow works with your body, not against it.
It allows your system to release stored stress in its own way, at its own pace.

Because when the nervous system changes…
everything can begin to change.

✨ If this resonates with you…
if you’re feeling overwhelmed, tense, or disconnected from your body…

Maybe it’s time to experience it for yourself.

📩 Send me a message with the word “FLOW”
and I’ll show you how to get started.

The 5 Variables of Health. The summary.

Over the past few days, we explored five key variables that influence our health and wellbeing.

🧍‍♂️ The Physical Body
💭 Thoughts
❤️ Emotions
👁 Awareness
⚡ Energy

Many people believe that health depends on just one of these factors.
But they are all deeply interconnected.

Your thoughts influence your emotions.
Your emotions influence your nervous system.
Your nervous system influences your body.
And all of this affects your energy and vitality.

At the centre of this system lies something that regulates it all:

🧠 The Nervous System

When the nervous system lives in constant stress or survival mode, the whole system can become dysregulated.

But when the nervous system begins to regulate and rebalance, the body often finds its way back to harmony.

✨ And this is where Spinal Flow comes in.

Spinal Flow works by going to the root — the nervous system itself.
Not just addressing symptoms, but helping the body release stored stress, tension, and protective patterns held in the spine.

Through gentle, specific access points along the spine, the body is invited to reconnect with its innate intelligence — the same intelligence that knows how to heal, regulate and restore balance.

As the nervous system shifts out of survival and into safety:

💭 Thoughts begin to quiet
❤️ Emotions become more regulated
🧍‍♂️ The body starts to release tension
⚡ Energy flows more freely
👁 Awareness expands

This is why real transformation doesn’t come from forcing change…
It comes from regulating the system that controls it all.

✨ Health is rarely about fixing one single thing.
It is about understanding how the whole system works together.

And when these five variables begin to align, something powerful happens:

⚖️ Balance returns

Health Variable #5
Energy ⚡

⚡ How is your energy today?

Energy is one of the most fundamental aspects of our health.

It is the vital force that flows throughout the entire body, reaching every organ, every tissue and every cell.

🧬 Each cell in the body requires energy to function properly.
🫀 Every organ depends on energy to perform its role.

This is what we often refer to as vital energy — the force that allows the body to move, repair, adapt and stay alive.

But our energy levels are not random.

They are closely connected to the state of our nervous system 🧠.

When the nervous system spends long periods in stress or survival mode, the body uses a large amount of resources simply trying to stay alert and protected.

Over time, this can lead to experiences such as:

🔋 constant fatigue
😵 lack of motivation
🌫 brain fog
🥱 feeling drained even after resting

In contrast, when the nervous system becomes more regulated and balanced, the body can distribute energy more efficiently.

People often notice:

⚡ more vitality
🧠 clearer thinking
❤️ greater emotional stability
🌿 a stronger sense of presence and wellbeing

Energy is therefore not just about feeling tired or energetic.

It reflects how well the whole system is functioning and communicating internally.

When the body, thoughts, emotions and awareness begin to align, energy can move through the system in a more natural and balanced way.

And when energy flows well, the body often finds it easier to return to balance.

👇 How would you describe your energy levels lately?

⚡ High and stable
🌗 Up and down
🔋 Low most of the time

Health Variable #4: Awareness

👁 How aware are you of what is happening inside you right now?

Awareness is the ability to observe what is happening within us.

Our thoughts.
Our emotions.
Our bodily sensations.

Without awareness, we tend to live on autopilot.

We react automatically to what happens around us.

💭 A thought appears → we believe it.
❤️ An emotion appears → we react to it.
⚡ A situation happens → we respond impulsively.

But when awareness increases, something powerful happens.

A space appears between stimulus and reaction.

In that space, we can begin to choose how we respond.

Awareness allows us to:

🧠 Notice our thoughts without getting trapped in them
❤️ Recognize our emotions without being controlled by them
🧍‍♂️ Feel the signals coming from our body
⚖️ Respond instead of reacting

From a physiological perspective, awareness can also help regulate the nervous system.

Practices such as:

🧘 Meditation
🌿 Time in nature
🫁 Conscious breathing
📓 Journaling

can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the state associated with calm, safety, and recovery.

When awareness grows, our internal system begins to move from reactivity to regulation.

And from there, balance becomes possible.

👇 How often do you take time to observe what is happening inside you?

Health Variable #3: Emotions

❤️ Do you understand what your emotions are trying to tell you?

Emotions are deeply connected to the state of our nervous system.

They are part of the body’s natural way of responding to how we interpret what is happening around us.

Many emotions arise from the thoughts we have about a situation.

For example:

💭 “They are judging me.”
→ 😨 Fear or anxiety

💭 “I am not important to this person.”
→ 😔 Sadness

💭 “This is unfair.”
→ 😡 Anger

In this way, our thoughts often act as emotional triggers.

But emotions themselves are not the problem.

They are signals from the body.

They tell us something about what we are experiencing internally.

However, when the nervous system remains activated for long periods of time, emotions can become:

⚠️ more intense
⚠️ more frequent
⚠️ harder to regulate

This can show up as:

• constant anxiety
• irritability
• emotional overwhelm
• persistent sadness

When the nervous system becomes more balanced and regulated, the body has a greater capacity to:

✨ process emotions
✨ recover from stressful situations
✨ return to a state of calm more easily

A regulated nervous system does not mean not feeling emotions.

It means having the ability to feel them, process them, and return to balance.

📖 Series: The 5 Variables of Health — 4/6

👇 Which emotion do you feel most often in your daily life?

❤️ Calm

Health Variable #2: Thoughts

🧠 Have you ever noticed how the same thoughts keep repeating in your mind every day?

Our thoughts do not only affect our mental state.

They also directly influence our physiology.

Every thought that appears in our mind is interpreted by the brain as a signal about how we should respond to the environment.

For example, repetitive thoughts such as:

💭 “Something bad is going to happen.”
💭 “I am not good enough.”
💭 “I won’t be able to handle this.”

can activate the same brain circuits that would be triggered by a real threat.

As a consequence, the body may generate responses such as:

⚠️ increased cortisol levels
⚠️ activation of the sympathetic nervous system (alert mode)
⚠️ increased muscle tension
⚠️ faster heart rate

When these mental patterns repeat over long periods of time, the body can remain in a state of chronic stress.

That is why mental health is not only a psychological phenomenon.

It is also a biological and physiological one.

Learning to observe our thoughts — and question those that constantly trigger stress — can help reduce nervous system activation and support a more balanced internal state.

👇 Do your thoughts help you feel calmer… or more stressed most of the time?

Health Variable #1: The Physical Body

🚗 How well do you take care of your physical vehicle?

Your body is where all internal processes manifest.

Our organism is constantly regulated by the nervous system, which acts as a control centre that adapts the body to what we perceive as safe or threatening.

When the nervous system stays in stress or survival mode for long periods, the body may begin to show signs such as:

• constant fatigue
• muscle tension (especially in the neck and back)
• headaches
• digestive issues
• sleep disturbances
• a persistent feeling of physical exhaustion

This is why taking care of the body is not only about treating symptoms when they appear.

It also means creating the conditions that allow the body to function optimally.

Some fundamental pillars of physical health include:

🥗 Nutrition

The body needs real nutrients to function properly. Prioritizing natural foods and minimizing exposure to toxins or ultra-processed products helps the body's systems work more efficiently.

💧 Hydration

Water participates in almost every biological process: transporting nutrients, regulating temperature, supporting cellular function, and eliminating metabolic waste.

🏃 Movement and exercise

The human body is designed to move. Regular movement improves circulation, releases accumulated tension, regulates stress hormones, and keeps muscles and joints healthy.

😴 Rest and recovery

Sleep is one of the body's main repair mechanisms. During rest, the body regulates hormonal, immune, and neurological processes that are essential for health.

When these pillars are consistently supported, the body has a greater capacity to self-regulate and maintain internal balance.

❓ Have you ever wondered why you can be eating well, exercising, and still not feel truly healthy?

Most people believe that health depends only on the body.

🥗 Eating well.
🏃 Exercising.
😴 Getting enough sleep.

And while all of that is important, human health is far more complex.

Our wellbeing works as an interconnected system, where different aspects of our lives constantly influence one another.

We can understand this system through five key variables:

🧍‍♂️ Physical body
💭 Thoughts
❤️ Emotions
👁 Awareness
⚡ Energy

These variables do not operate in isolation.

They are deeply connected through something that regulates our entire organism:

🧠 the nervous system.

For example:

A repetitive thought of worry
→ can generate emotions such as anxiety or fear
→ activate the nervous system’s stress response
→ create muscle tension, digestive issues, or fatigue
→ and eventually affect our energy and vitality.

This is why many people try to improve their health by changing just one thing — for example their diet — while the rest of the system remains dysregulated.

Real transformation begins when we start to understand how these variables interact and learn how to bring them back into balance.

Over the next few days, I’ll be exploring each one of them.

Because understanding how our internal system works is the first step toward restoring balance, clarity, and true wellbeing.

You say you're overwhelmed… but are you doing anything to change it?

We all know what it feels like to be overwhelmed.

Too many thoughts.
Too many responsibilities.
Too much pressure.

And yes… it affects your mind and your body.

But here’s something most people forget:

You can help your nervous system calm down.

Not with something complicated.
With something very simple.

Try this:

🫁 Take 5 slow breaths
Slow inhale through the nose.
Slow exhale through the mouth.

🧠 Relax your body
Notice your shoulders.
Notice your jaw.
Let them soften.

👀 Bring yourself back to the present
Name:
• 3 things you can see
• 2 things you can hear
• 1 thing you can feel

Small moments like this send a signal of safety to your nervous system.

And sometimes, that's exactly what your body needs.

💬 Do you notice stress more in your mind… or in your body?

✨ Your nervous system is always listening.
