Hello lovely yogi, I hope this finds you well and you're having a good week 🥰
Yoga is on tonight starting at 7.30pm, finishing at 8.30pm ❤️
Tonight you'll need: A few cushions to sit on; blanket for under knees/Savasana (optional); yoga strap (long soft belt); access to a chair/wall (for balance); couple of blocks (extra cushions), (optional); and a yoga eye pillow (scarf to put over eyes), (optional) ❤
