As we move towards what feels like the real new year… April 1st 🌸

I’ve been reflecting, and this past year has been one of hibernation and creation 🧘‍♀️🌌📖

I've been building, developing, and bringing so many things together and now I can feel the shift...

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing more of what’s been created and I’m really excited to share it 🥰

What’s become clear is this…

I’m coming back to the body, back to energy-aware physical healing 💆‍♀️🎶🧘‍♀️

Because it’s never been separate... the body, the energy, the nervous system all move together

I’ve come full circle back to body work… just with a deeper understanding of how the energy moves through the physical body 🎶🧘‍♀️

This next chapter feels more grounded, more embodied, and more real 🥰
