✨ A little note from me ✨

I’ve been doing this work since long before social media was even around. Back then, my business grew through the most natural thing of all... people’s experiences, stories, and recommendations

And honestly, that’s still the heartbeat of what I do today 🥰

I’ve never really followed the hashtags, the trends, or the constant “sell, sell, sell” approach online

It’s just not me. I’ve preferred to let the work speak for itself and flow to those who are meant to find it 🎶🧘‍♀️🎶

But recently, some of my lovely friends and students have shared that they’d like to see more of what I do here. More sound, more healing, more behind-the-scenes glimpses into this path

So I’ve decided to show up a little more often... not in a polished or performative way, but simply and authentically 💜

After months of creating, refining, and bringing all my trainings together, I’m so excited to officially launch my Holistic Practitioner Diploma tomorrow 🥰

This is my most complete pathway yet... a full training journey that weaves together everything I’ve been learning and teaching for over 20 years, from energy healing to sound, aromatherapy, therapeutic touch, and other holistic practices

✨ What you’ll learn on this Diploma:

Meditation Teacher Training – holding space, guiding practices, and supporting others

Sound Healing for Groups & Private Sessions – gongs, bowls, tuning forks and more

Biofield Therapy – understanding and working with subtle energy

Therapeutic Touch – the art of presence through hands-on healing

Aroma-Sonic Head Massage – combining aromatherapy, sound, and relaxation techniques

Vibrational Hand Reflexology – working with energy points and tuning forks

Musical Massage – body-based sound healing with Tibetan bowls

Chakra Clearing & Energy Balancing – tools, techniques, and self-healing practices

All modules are available through my website, so you can learn step by step, at your own pace.

Practical training days are included, and you can choose to join in person at my Rose Cabin or online, depending on where you live.

Assessments are built in to make sure you feel safe and confident to practice, including case studies, reflective journals, and a final essay.

This isn’t just about gaining skills... it’s about becoming a grounded, confident holistic practitioner, with your own unique way of working.

One of the things I love most about sound healing is how open and accessible it truly is

You don’t have to be “special” or chosen to bring sound into your life or share it with others

I’ve seen people who’ve been practicing for just a few months create the most beautiful experiences and receive heartfelt feedback.... sometimes more so than those who’ve been at it for years or those who carry a superiority complex 🙈

Sound meets you where you are... It flows through intention, presence, and openness, not hierarchy or gatekeeping

If you’ve ever felt drawn to sound healing, know this: you already have what it takes 🥰

The tools, the confidence, the practice, those can be learned... But the openness of your heart is what makes all the difference 💜
