π€ I want to lose weight but I just don't know what to eat?
πββοΈ That's ok, our challenge has over 300 healthy balanced, tasty, quick meals to choose from.
π€ But i'm vegetarian!
πββοΈ Ah, we only have 68 of them.
π€ And Gluten Free!
πββοΈ Just the 64 of them.
π€ But what about the rest of the day?

π€ I'm not giving up my weekly takeaway and a few pints a week

π€ And my Starbucks in the morning, can't get through the morning without that

π€ I don't have time to go to the gym everyday

π€ Yeah, but I've got this dodgy shoulder you see

π€ Yeah and i'm fairly sure I was born with a slow metabolism

π€ But i've got to do something because i've put on 2 stone over lockdown and I was struggling with my weight before then! I can't even keep up with my kids and I want to be around to see them grow up.
