They never see the constant battle past adversity to get there.

Nobody achieves success with out failing first (generally many times).

Failing isn't the time to give up.

Failing is the time to adapt, learn and go again!

Embrace failure or forget success!

Life isn't a set plan.

Life never goes smoothly.

Life ISN'T perfect.

So expecting you to go from A to B on your diet without any struggles, challenges and hiccups isn't realistic.

And setting yourself up for that inevitable feeling of failure.

32kg down for client Liam and his life has been transformed in so many ways....

1. He is stronger than he has ever been in the gym.

2. His fitness is through the roof and now enjoys bouldering alongside weight training and running.

3. His relationship with food is in the best place its ever been.

4. He is fitting into clothes for the 1st time in years.

5. Body confidence is soaring weekly!

But without sufficient kindling and fuel, youll never build any significant 🔥

Dont be afraid to ask for help.

Invest in your future.

Build long term habits.

Progress not perfection!

"The gym is always the answer to your mental health problems"....

NO!.....no it's not.

And coaches/influencers/PTs need to stop pushing that onto clients/followers.

Sure, for some people the gym provides a real escape for 1-2hrs to boost their mental health, increase endorphins and get that euphoric feeling.

But for others (and I include myself in this) it is just a chore, a slog to get through and you leave feeling just the same as you went in.

I can say this as recently my mental health has been in a s**t place (for various reasons) and my love for the gym, training and bodybuilding has completely gone.

I drag myself there to "tick a box" but the connection isn't there and then the frustration comes when I leave feeling just as s**te (if not more) than I was 2hrs previous.

So let's not use social media to try and pigeon hole everyone.

As I can guarantee when they take themselves to the gym, aren't "feeling it" and leave feeling just the same, it is a setback.

There are LOTS of people who need to find and use other outlets to work on their mental health. Whether that be therapy, meditation, or just being outdoors.

Exercise is and always will be a great option for many people, but not EVERY single person is the same.
