Can you see yourself in any of these?

– dealing with pelvic pain or PGP in pregnancy
– training but not sure if it’s actually helping
– second guessing what you’re doing
– thinking about birth and feeling unprepared
– postnatal and not fully recovering

Most women don’t realise
this is something they can get support with.

Not just “manage”
but properly understand and improve.

That’s exactly what we do inside AlignBirth.

And for those who want more specific guidance,
that’s where 1:1 coaching comes in.

It wasn’t weakness.
It was her breathing and how her pelvic floor was functioning.

Once that changed, everything changed.

This isn’t what women are usually told . . .

A lot of women hit a point in pregnancy where something feels off:

Pelvic pain.
Pressure.
Leaking.
Tension.

And often they are told to stop training.

But the problem is,
stopping doesn’t actually change how your body is functioning.

It doesn’t improve:
→ how you’re managing pressure
→ how your core and pelvic floor are coordinating
→ how your pelvis is being supported under load

And those are the things that matter for:
→ staying comfortable in pregnancy
→ preparing your body for birth
→ recovering properly afterwards

So it’s not about doing less.
It’s about doing things differently.
That’s the part most women are never shown.

And that why I specialise in corrective exercise & biomechanics focus for women, so you can keep doing what you love while you prepare for birth.

If you’re not sure what your body actually needs right now,
I’ve created a short quiz to help you figure that out.

This was the biggest thing I noticed at the Baby & Toddler Show this weekend:

So many women were:
– staying active
– trying to look after their body
– doing what they’d been told

But they still didn’t have the full picture.

Not because they weren’t doing enough
but because they hadn’t been shown what their body actually needs.

They hadn’t been shown:
– what actually supports their body in pregnancy
– what prepares their body for birth
– or what sets them up for recovery afterwards

That’s the missing piece.

And it’s exactly what I spoke about in my talks all weekend.

Inside AlignBirth, the focus is on:
→ how your body is adapting through pregnancy
→ what it actually needs in terms of movement, breath and nervous system regulation
→ and how that directly prepares you for birth and recovery

If you found me at the show, or you’re new here,
start with the Pelvic Pain & Birth Readiness Snapshot ✨
It will help you understand what your body actually needs right now
and how to move forward with clarity

The standard approach to postnatal recovery isn’t enough.

Most women are told:
1. Rest
2. Do your pelvic floor exercises

🚨But this is not full reality of what your body goes through or needs.

Because recovery is so much more than what women are told as standard.

It’s about how your body:
– repairs connective tissue
– restores core + pelvic floor coordination
– manages pressure
– and gradually returns to strength with progressively loading

And when that isn’t supported properly, women are left:
– guessing
– sore and in pain
– setting recovery back
– lacking confidence in their bodies
– unsure how to move forward

✨ I personally also avoided caffeine for a long time postpartum because honestly, I couldn’t handle the crash 🫣😂

What I needed wasn’t stimulation, it was support.

That’s why I love options like the Radiant Roast from
→ gentle energy support
→ collagen for connective tissue
→ something warm + grounding in those early days

You deserve more than basic recovery advice.

You deserve to understand how to rebuild your body.

Save this for postpartum 🤍
Or reach out in my DM’s when you’re ready to start rebuilding.

This one thing at the Baby & Toddler Show changes everything ⬇️

✨ AlignBirth:
→ stay active in pregnancy without guessing what’s safe
→ support pelvic and back pain, not just manage it
→ prepare your body for birth through biomechanics
→ and follow a clear path into postnatal recovery

This isn’t covered in antenatal classes.

And it’s not something most women are ever shown.

✨ I’ll be teaching Pelvic Pain & Birth Preparation at the Expert Advice Talks all weekend.

Come and find me at Stand E60 & let’s chat!

She arrived at hospital at 9cm as a first-time mum
and afterwards said she felt like superwoman 🙌

Messages like these are amazing!
Not because it was a “perfect” birth
But because of how prepared & empowered she felt in it

And this is the part most women aren’t shown:
This didn’t start in labour

During pregnancy, she practised:
– how to use her breath to stay calm and in control
– how to fully relax her pelvic floor
– how to move her pelvis to support birth
– how to use positions that actually create space
– how to respond instead of panic

So when the moment came
she didn’t need to guess what to do
She trusted her body
and worked with it

This is the difference between
doing pregnancy workouts
vs
training your body for birth

And it changes everything

This is what I teach inside AlignBirth ✨

Three babies were born this week.
Three completely different births.
One thing in common: they felt supported, prepared and confident ⬇️

With preparation, they felt strong, informed and ready to navigate whatever birth brought.

✨For one mum, that meant staying calm through an emergency C-section.
✨For another, labour unfolded so efficiently she birthed at home within an hour.
✨And for a second-time mum after trauma, it meant an empowered experience where she “literally breathed her baby out.”

This is what real preparation creates:
✨ support for your body’s physiology
✨ steadiness in your nervous system
✨ confidence in the unknown
✨ tools that travel with you, no matter how birth unfolds

Inside AlignBirth, you’ll learn:
✨ breathwork for labour
✨ mobility that creates comfort + space
✨ pelvic + hip awareness
✨ biomechanics that support descent
✨ emotional tools that actually help in contractions
* a full postnatal rehab pathway for recovery

Home birth, hospital birth, induction, emergency C-section, VBAC, unplanned changes, your preparation supports them all.

If you want your birth to feel clearer, calmer and more empowered…
