Keeping F&P running is a challenge on its own and keeping the minibus running (literally) is another challenge.
I don’t mind getting my hands dirty trying to save us money on every occasion. After a lot of hard grafting our beloved minibus has passed its yearly medical MOT.

During this Journey I’ve come to understand something that resonates with me.
Recovery is not the end goal; it’s the start of healing.

Recovery is the necessary stage where pain is spoken, witnessed, and understood. It’s about surviving. But healing? Healing is something more.

Healing is where love enters.
It’s compassion.
It’s commitment.
It’s the moment you realise you are not broken—just becoming. Broken crayons still colour.

Healing is the part of the journey where we move beyond surviving into living—truly living.
Where we open to joy, to connection, to belonging.
Where we reclaim our right to accepting happiness.

From being heard to being whole.
From being wounded to being worthy.
From recovery… to healing ❤️‍🩹
