We were proud to see our CEO, Jacqui Taylor, representing Lifelink last week at Social Enterprise Scotland’s The Gathering 2026.

We know our free counselling service has a waiting list, and we appreciate how challenging that can be. That’s why we also offer a range of wellbeing classes covering topics like resilience, confidence, relaxation, stress management and more - designed to help support your mental health while you wait. They're a great way to build skills, connect with others and take positive steps for your wellbeing.

Today, we're supporting our friends at Mind on , highlighting the importance of talking openly and honestly about mental health.

At Lifelink, we provide free counselling, but that service is currently experiencing very high demand, and we do have a waiting list.

Last year, we supported more than 19,800 people across our communities, and we continue to work hard to reach as many people as possible, but we know that being on a waiting list for support can be incredibly difficult.

We were delighted to be part of the recent Wellness Fair, organised by Swamp Creative Media Centre.

It was great to connect with the community and to be alongside so many other inspiring organisations, all working towards promoting wellbeing and positive change.
