Lifelink

Lifelink Lifelink supports individuals to be healthier and happier wherever they live, work or learn.

As a social enterprise charity Lifelink exists to provide an early and crisis intervention, stress management, mental health improvement, emotional resilience and personal development service, within a supportive and accessible therapeutic environment, in particular but not exclusively in areas of high deprivation and for people and communities most affected by health inequalities. Our focus is on

providing a high-quality, client –centred service for young people and adults based on the holistic and social model of health. To ensure this, we work extensively in building and maintaining high quality partnerships and relationships with a wide range of strategic and delivery partners and networks to support a community development approach to service delivery. We operate our services in response to commissioned work, grant funded programmes, service level agreements and new partnership agreements.

We’re so proud of the support our team provides every day — and we can’t wait to share more of it with you soon🎥

We got together with (almost) all of our staff late last week for our annual Development Day - a day dedicated to curiosity and collective energy.

We launched our new Culture Champion Network, had an honest and open conversation about our carbon footprints and discussed the opportunities AI brings to the way we work. Don't worry, we didn't forget to also look at the environmental and ethical challenges around using AI.

We closed the day with a team collaboration session (8 person teams competing to complete the same puzzle at the same time takes some serious teamwork😅) - this reminded us how we fit together and reinforced that every role matters and every voice contributes.

We're so proud of the thoughtful, committed and compassionate team we’ve built at Lifelink! 💙

Mental health isn’t a trend to exploit for followers; it requires upholding as an ethical responsibility.

A recent The Guardian investigation found that over half of the most popular mental health TikToks were spreading misinformation. That’s seriously worrying! It brings questions about how people trust the advice they find online. The wrong advice can do more harm than good, especially when people are looking for help in moments of vulnerability.

At Lifelink and Lifelink Workwell, we know how important it is that mental health advice and support is:
✅ Evidence-based
✅ Delivered by qualified professionals (and of course we value lived experience too)
✅ Grounded in practical experience and application

We’ve been doing just that for nearly 35 years: Delivering services on behalf of the NHS and supporting people in schools, communities, prisons, and workplaces across the UK.

If you're seeking information about your mental health or wellbeing, make sure it's from a reputable and trusted source that you can fact-check if you need to.
