I have a Diploma in Counselling and a Certificate in Clinical Supervision as well as Relationship Counselling. I undertake frequent advanced professional learning. In addition to Counselling and Coaching I am a skilled Facilitator and Trainer. Who do I work with? I work one-to-one with Individuals and Couples for both short-term (6-12 weeks) and long-term (over 3 months). I use an 'integrative' approach which means that I use a number of different types of counselling methods to make sure that you get the help and support you need in order to make meaningful and effective changes in your life so that you feel happier, more in control and more fulfilled. Areas of counselling I deal with: Abuse, Affairs and Betrayals, Anxiety, Bereavement Bullying, Cancer, Carer Support,Child Related Issues, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME, Chronic Pain, Couples Issues, Depression, Domestic Violence, Emotional Abuse, Family Issues, Infertility Leaving Care, Low Self-Confidence, Low Self-Esteem, Physical Abuse, Postnatal Depression, Redundancy, Relationship Issues, Separation & Divorce, Sexual Abuse, Sexuality, Stress, Terminal Illness, Trauma, Work Problems, Work Related Stress I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. It is really important that you get the help that you want from a therapist that is right for you. The most important part of healing is for you to feel heard and supported in a way that you want and need and ultimately to remove any issues that may prevent you from living a full and fulfilling life. I practice in Glasgow City Centre, Glasgow South and Glasgow North. I can also work with you via telephone or Skype if you are not able to come to me. Or if you prefer I can also offer home visits. All practices are easily accessible with good transport links and ample parking.
