When we thinking and focus to much on self we get in feeling sorry for our self, and feeling pitty, if you do this long it turns in to depression.
Step out self centeredness and get into service and focus your attention to those wo have a harder time then yourself, and apriciate what you have, get rid of your expectations of life and people as this will give you disappointment, that will turn into frustration and anger. And then the whole circle starts again.
