Welcome to my Breathe Glastonbury page.
Here is a little introduction into me and the method of breathwork I coach & facilitate.
I am Cat and I am a connected individual who will hold safe and sacred space for you. From au pair to dive master, pub and cafe manager, sales person and mother, I have spent a long time searching for my path and when I stumbled across breathwork, I had such a profound realisation that it was just meant to be.
After just 2 sessions of breathwork I found I had healed from my post natal depression/anxiety that I had been suffering from for a year. I knew I had to find a way to share this magic!
I have always had the gift of healing and helping, I just couldn't find my direction.
I am now a level 1 breathwork facilitator and love holding space for all who are seeking to find or create a deeper connection with oneself and ones higher self.
I can hold space for you one on one but I am also trained in group breathwork so group classes to follow.
Pranayama Two Stage Breath is an active ancient breathing technique that allows one to tune into their own healing needs and abilities. It is a simple, safe, and extremely effective process for experiencing life on a new level.
Breathwork is a powerful tool to help release trapped energy from the body.
