Not sure whether it’s a social media thing - but we’ve recently seen an influx of videos of people having utter meltdowns due to ‘shadow working’…

No. Just no.

Whilst this can happen - this is rarely the case. It isn’t about performance - it’s about genuine acknowledgement, responsibility and care. Rarely is this loud and ‘dramatic’…

So much so - we have a new class ‘Meeting your Shadow’, currently going through the approval process with our insurers and accrediting body!

In our course, A Date with the Forest’s Magic, the work begins with learning how to enter a place without immediately trying to work with it.

There’s an entire section on slowing down, listening, and recognising the difference between connection and projection.

This is how place-based work is taught inside the Asgard Academy.
