Elm Counselling & Psychotherapy I am an Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist, specialising in person centred counselling and eco-therapy.

I offer outdoor 1-2-1 sessions in person, where we can walk and talk. I also offer online and telephone sessions, if this feels preferable.

Really excited to have this weekly circle running over the summer.

I hold a safe, nurturing and open space where you are free to explore freely.

This is a call to anyone who is struggling to find a space to share how they are feeling in relation to their experience in the world right now.

For anyone who is struggling with hopelessness or deep sorrow and grief.

For those who want a space to remember and feel into love and trust.

For anyone who wants to connect with others in thier love of the natural world.
