Spend some time taking stock of where you may be giving to much without receiving. As autumn energies ask us to release and let go, one of the best things you can do is release the people pleasing, the overgiving, the time without rest.

Balance and harmony is rarely 50-50, but more might be needed. May Bambha the Goddess of Autumn, wrap her arms of unconditional love around places of unworthiness, and may the badger, fox, squirrel, and crow lead you to the harmony and peace you so deserve.

Blessed Mabon, as day and night are balanced, so too may our life find harmony.

We give thanks for the harvest, for all the good that has been sown and reaped.

As the light recedes and the days grow shorter, we embrace the quiet introspection of the coming season.
