Happy Saturday ☀️

If you are in need of some time out this weekend I have some lovely things that you can join.

Today at 11am, we have a Yin Yoga and Sound Bath morning at Studio Eight Wells CIC 3 hours of relaxation, slow movements and meditation and sound.

Sunday 7pm, I am holding an online sound bath that you can join from anywhere, all you need is a cosy space and some headphones.

Monday 7pm, there is a group sound bath in Goddess House in Glastonbury with a few spaces left.
