Sound Bath in Goddess House tonight, 7PM

We start with a lovely guided meditation, which leads into the sound bath. We will finish with time to ground with oracle cards and connection.

This beautiful room is the perfect space to enjoy healing sounds and meditation. I am going to be bringing in the energy of Imbolc into the meditation & sound bath & the room is dedicated to the Goddess Bridgid.

Sheepskins, pillow and blankets are provided, all you need to do is come, lie back and receive.

I’ve created a 4 week journey for women who want to connect with their bodies, it is called Coming Home To The Body 💛

We start on the 1st February, with gentle daily practices and check ins and end each week with a live workshop.

I created this for women who feel disconnected from their bodies, who perhaps have done some healing work, daily practices or tried meditation but it’s not quite hitting it.

I will guide us on a journey of self-reflection, meditation, gentle somatic practices and sound healing to start 2026 with a deeper connection to ourselves, an understanding of where we are and what we want in the year ahead.

The waiting list is open (link is up) and I’ll be sending out the first sign up email tomorrow morning to those that are on the list!

I’m so excited for this journey starting on Imbolc and to work with an amazing group of women where we find healing in connection to ourselves and each other 💛💛

Valentine’s Day plans… but make them cosy, soulful and pressure-free 💕

This morning retreat is not just for couples, you can come solo, bring a friend, come with a partner or a loved one and spend a few hours slowing down together.

The morning will be filled with gentle movement, guided visualisation, reflective writing, sound healing, special Valentine’s tea and deep rest, all held in a warm, welcoming space.

I’ve created this morning for those that want to connect with themselves or others, in a deeper and embodied way.

This Embodied Connection Retreat is on the 14th February, 11am - 2pm and is held 💛

Last few spaces remaining for Calm Within on Saturday.

Join me 10:30 - 1PM for a women’s wellness retreat morning

I have created this session for women that need some space to reconnect with their bodies, their breath and find a sense of calm within (which explains the name).

This is for those that need a bit more than a sound bath, or for those that know they need more self-care in their lives but are not sure how to actually bring that in more.

If peace, ease, self care, nurturing, self-love, nervous system regulation or calm was on your intentions list for 2026 - this is for you.

We start with a special flower tea that works directly with your nervous system. We then explore gentle, somatic movement to help the mind-body connection and drop in to the calm.

I will guide a lovely visualisation meditation and then some guided journalling - giving you space to be with your inner world.
We then end the morning with a deep, immersive meditation and sound bath.
