There is still time to join us on Thursday for a Festive Christmas Cacao and Sound Bath in Glastonbury.

We’ll start with a Christmas ceremonial cacao to warm and open the heart, then a gentle guided meditation and finish with a deep, immersive sound bath to help you unwind and relax fully.

It’s a calm, seasonal evening without the booze - a chance to slow down, rest and reconnect with yourself amidst the festive busyness.

On Thursday 11th December I’m hosting a special festive cacao and sound bath at The Gables in Glastonbury, from 7:30–9:30pm.

This evening is designed to feel like a pause in the middle of December… a warm, cosy space to come back to yourself.

We’ll share a cup of gently spiced ceremonial cacao before settling into a deeply restorative sound journey.

Think candlelight, stillness, soft winter energy and a moment to breathe before the year comes to a close.

If you’re craving a little calm, connection and nourishment this season, you’re welcome to join me.
