SOUND BATHS & EVENTS THIS WEEK - Welcoming September 💛

Wednesday 3rd, I will be in the lovely Miracles room in Glastonbury for a group sound bath from 7pm

Thursday 4th, join myself and Yasmin for our breath work and sound bath evening at The Gables, Glastonbury

Calling all men that are looking to make changes in their life,
Are you struggling with your emotions or functioning through daily life?

If you would like to join a community of men that are passionate about making change, growing as a man, opening up about challenges you are facing, this might be the place for you.

We meet monthly and sit in circle, we share and discuss what ever is present for us,
We delve into the parts of ourselves that maybe holding us back in life.

Other events :
Fire in the woods with sharing
Exercise in the park
Online community with weekly check ins

Excited to announce that The Awakened Woman Retreat has nearly sold out!!

We have 1 twin room space and 2 non-residential spaces left available to book.

If you are local to Wells, you can come for the Saturday and Sunday 10am-7pm each day. If you're not local, some others have booked BnBs nearby.

Held in the wonderful Studio Eight Wells CIC Nat and I are excited for our 3rd time running this transformational retreat.
