I have had the pleasure of running the Soul Healing drop in at Goddess House in Glastonbury over the past few months. This is a short 7 minute healing given by one or more practictioners.
Soul Healing is an esoteric healing based on Alice Baileys teachings. Alice Bailey believed that illness was caused when there is excess, inhibition or blockage in or out of the mental and emotional bodies. Practitioners establish an energetic connection with the client soul to generate and circulate energy, helping create conditions for healing in the client.
The drop in runs every Thursday and is by donation. It is a special and unique experience. If you are planning a trip to Glastonbury, this is not to be missed.

Due to recent solar events, earths energy is shifting. As we spend most of our time indoors, or wearing rubber soled shoes, we don't benefit from the negatively charged electrons that flow from Mother Earth to keep us grounded and healthy.

To help earth through this shift in her frequency, we are being called to take a walk outside each day and make contact with her.

I am personally going to do my morning meditation sat in the grass in my garden.

We have our penultimate chakra session this Sunday.

The Third Eye governs the eyes, nose, sinuses and pituitary glands. It connects us to our clear vision, perception and intuition. When out of balance we can find ourselves worrying about the future and overthinking the past.

The Heart id the first organ to develop in the womb and has it's own brain. The heart's electromagnetic field has been measured up to 10 feet away from the body. Our heart is broadcasting electromagnetic frequency 24 hours a day. Our perceptions of situations, whether positive or negative create electrical changes affecting your heart rate, blood pressure, hormonal and immune responses, which in turn influence health and aging.
