Step into the fresh energy of spring and join us for a friendly, relaxed aromatherapy workshop exploring seasonal essential oils and the art of blending.
This is a hands on, sensory experience where you’ll be guided to slow down, smell deeply, and learn how to work with essential oils safely and confidently.
✨ During the workshop we will:
🌱 Explore a beautiful selection of spring essential oils uplifting, cleansing, and renewing
🌼 Learn how to safely blend essential oils for everyday personal use
🌱 Discover how to profile oils, understanding their aroma, properties, and character
🌼 Touch on the history and traditions of aromatherapy
🌱 Work with a wide range of oils, including some rare and less commonly available ones
🌼 Create your own blends
You’ll be guided step by step to create your own signature essential oil blends, and you’ll make two bespoke aromatherapy products to take home, created by you, for you.

✨ Something a little different for a Sunday… ✨

Today I spent a beautiful afternoon at a Women’s Woodland Drum Song & Cacao Circle with my daughter Lauren, and it felt truly nourishing for the soul. 💫💜💫

Surrounded by nature, rhythm, and shared intention, we drank ceremonial cacao, connected through song and drum, and allowed ourselves to slow down, soften, and simply be. There was something deeply grounding about being held by the woodland energy and the collective rhythm of women coming together. 🌳🥁✨💚

It was one of those afternoons that reminds you how important it is to step out of the busy, honour yourself, and reconnect with nature, with others, and with your own inner rhythm.

So much gratitude for spaces like this and for the magic that unfolds when women gather with intention ✨💫✨

A lot of appreciation for my Aloe ✨🌱🤍🌱✨

Yesterday I burnt my hand on steam while cooking 😭🔥 It was sooo painful! Alec was over and very calmly said, “BiBi, why don’t you put some of your plant on it?” meaning my Aloe Vera.

I love that he just knows. 🥰🌿💫💚

So I took his advice. After a few hours of cool water and fresh aloe juice straight from the plant, the pain slowly eased. Today it’s a little sensitive, but absolutely fine.

There’s something comforting about returning to simple plant wisdom, especially when it’s delivered by a 5 year old.

Nature often has what we need. We just have to remember to listen
